"I was thrilled to find your tea which has all the ingredients I was wanting and more! I found the taste quite bitter (I'm looking at you Feverfew!) so have been cold brewing it for 24hrs which has resulted in a delicious, mild drink which doesn't even need honey. I add the lemon balm tincture to it and I'm good to go! Thank you for helping to provide natural relief for a very painful and disruptive condition."

Feverfew - For centuries, people have been taking feverfew to treat migraines and headaches. If you have a headache, think Feverfew! Feverfew is believed to help migraine sufferers because of the unique plant chemical it contains, parthenolide, which helps relieve smooth muscle spasms and can combat the widening of blood vessels that occurs in migraines. Feverfew can help reduce the frequency of migraines and reduce symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and sensitivity to light (flashing lights).
Skullcap - Skullcap is highly indicated for nervous disorders, like stress, anxiety and PMS. It's great for muscle spasms and pain, plus tension headaches.
Valerian - Valerian is one of the most relaxing nervine herbs. As
a pain reliever, it is perfect for tension pain, such as headaches or
migraines, and it has a marked muscle relaxing effect. It doesn't affect
mental concentration.
Peppermint - Peppermint is relaxing for the entire body, especially the gut. It can help relieve a sinus and tension headache, and is wonderful for relaxing muscles.
St. John's Wort - St. John's Wort is a wonderful nervine tonic, great for emotional stress, muscle and nerve pain and sleep.
Gingko Biloba - Gingko biloba promotes blood flow to the brain, helping memory, concentration and mental deterioration. It's also a powerful antioxidant.
Ginger - Ginger is wonderful for inflammation, as well as a tonic for the digestive system. It's great for pain relief, soothing the pain of the headache as well as the nausea that can sometimes come with the headache.
